UAE & GCC:

Free returns for up to 14 days

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a free returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us up to 14 days from delivery of your Order.

Rest of the World:

Items may be returned within 14 days from delivery. Kindly note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Returns Process

UAE & GCC:

Your return & refund will be processed via the following method:

1.​Send an email to contact@julesandjuliette.com or Whatsapp to +971 50 961 6083 with the following details:

- Order Number

- Details of the item you wish to return: Barcode and/or Reference

- Reason of Return

- Address of Return: Name, complete address, phone number

2.​After validating the return, a confirmation email will be sent with return document and pickup date from the registered address
